No more wandering the aisles aimlessly or scanning the shelves for the best prices, yo can now order your groceries online for same-day collection with Walmart Pickup. This technology is driven by consumer kiosks located in Walmart stores for hassle-free grocery pickups and an internal service platform for Walmart employees to manage orders.

Our work began with user journey mapping and wireframing. Walmart was presented with three iterative rounds of design, final versions were built and the agile-based dev team was guided through build and release.

Today Pickup is available in over 4,600 stores, with sales skyrocketing to an estimated $20.4 billion in 2021.
