Elevating the rewards platform for America’s favorite restaurant

Perfectly phrased by The Street editorial platform, “It’s hard to imagine being loyal to a chicken sandwich but the fact remains that chicken chain Chick-fil-A customers have the strongest connection to the brand.” Chick-fil-A wanted to release a new customer rewards tier and better communicate the benefits of joining their rewards program.

Our team worked with Chick-fil-A corporate to introduce the new Signature tier on both the .com and mobile experiences.  Designs were built in line with Chick-fil-A’s corporate identity, reward layout options were A/B tested and the top performing layout executed.

Today, the Chick-fil-A rewards app has over 2.3 million downloads in the iOS App Store and a rating of 4.9/5 stars.
